BOOKING AN URGENT CARE APPOINTMENT
Simply click the link below. You may request an appointment at the times listed. We will then approve the appointment, suggest an alternative time or deny (a rarity). Once approved you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a email from Patient Fusion, our electronic medical record. If you do not see any emails, please check your spam folder. Follow the link in the email to sign up, complete your registration and intake forms. Failure to complete forms, may result in appointment cancellation. When it is time for your appointment, go to the Urgent Care tab and click ‘Join Virtual Office.’

It offers features like secure patient data storage, appointment scheduling, e-prescribing, and patient communication. The platform enhances care coordination and provides patients with easy access to their medical records through an online portal. You may preregister on this site. Then when it is time to schedule an appointment, you 'll be ready to go.
