HOW DO I PAY MY BILL?

After your visit, you will receive an invoice directly from DeLauter Health in your email. You may then follow this link and pay directly on the DeLauter Health website. All payments are due on receipt of the invoice.

WHAT KINDS OF INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are a direct pay services and therefore do not accept insurance. This allows you to have a single co-pay/ bill with no surprise bills in the future. However, if you would like to submit this visit and payment to your insurance company, DeLauter Health can provide you with a 'Superbill' for you to submit to your insurance provider.

DO YOU OFFER EMERGENCY CARE SERVICES?

We do not offer Emergency Services. If you think you are having a medical emergency, DO NOT schedule an appointment with DeLauter Health. Go directly to the closest emergency department. Also, Please refer to the Unavailable Services tab for specific reasons to not schedule a virtual visit. Of course, if DeLauter Health deems you may be having a medical emergency, you will be directed to the closest emergency department.

CAN YOU TAKE MEDICARE PATIENTS?

At this time we are unable to see any patients that currently have Medicare as an insurance. Due to being enrolled as a provider at other facilities, the strict Medicare rules, do not allow us to accept cash from Medicare recipients. As we are a direct pay service, we do not accept any insurances.
